EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Fish and Chips is a British delicacy dating back to the 17th century. Traditionally wrapped in newspapers, best eaten on the seaside in your car bearing the freezing, windy, and wet weather outside. In Scotland, the iconic takeout meal is best paired with a bottle of Irn-Bru.
Wee Nic's Scottish Chippy is inspired by my mom, Nicola. The craziest Scott on the western side of the world -she's a pretty good cook too.

Develop Wee Nic's brand identity by utilizing a pure Scottish voice to engage with consumers and welcome them to connect with her upcoming brand venture. Every element will represent Nicola's personality, making the space feel unique, positive, and authentic to her food and the Scottish culture.
